Community Programs 

Our community programs are available for all ages and abilities. There is something for everyone!

Specialized Programs

We offer specialized classes that are adapted to the unique diversity of individuals with (but not limited to) ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Tourettes, OCD, Anxiety and individuals with mobility challenges. Our facility is accessible.

Family Programs

Families that play together, grow together! Foster the family bond in our sibling classes and grown ups and little ones classes!

Respite Programs 

We offer respite programs. that are designed for participants to to have fun while allowing their caregivers to take some time for themselves.

Drop In Classes

We offer a variety of drop in classes including: Stretch and Relaxation, Jazz Technique, Ballet

and Heels (18+). 

Counselling Services

Inspire Centre is grateful to house and work collaboratively with  Tandem Psychology . Tandem Psychology is the only counselling service in Western Canada to offer Social ABC's alongside their variety of other services.
