Respite and Dance Programs
Please note that all programs require a minimum of 5 participants in order to run. You will be notified of this at the time of your registration.
Direct Billing to FSCD is available.
Respite Programs
Inspire Centre's Respite Programs that are designed for participants to have fun while allowing their caregivers to take time for themselves.
These Programs are structured and provide opportunities to build friendships, practice social skills, and participate in group activities.
September 2026 - June 2027 Respite Programs:

Dance Programs
Our Dance Programs are available for all ages and abilities. There is something for everyone!
Our Dance Programs are adapted to include the diversity of individuals with (but not limited to) ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Tourettes, OCD, Anxiety, and individuals with mobility challenges.

Registration in both Respite and Dance Programs will continue to be accepted after Program start dates, granted there are spots available.
